What is Preventative Maintenance?

PM is a twice yearly check up of your unit, AC in the spring and furnace in the fall. The goal is to keep your unit running in top performance to prevent any unforeseen problems. If a problem is found during the PM, it can be resolved before your unit breaks down during that hot or cold spell.

Cost

$250 per year

Included in the PM contract

1) Spring AC maintenance

2) Fall furnace maintenance

3) Priority service - if a problem does occur you will be moved to the top of the list for expedited service

4) 25% discount on any parts needed to repair the unit
